Covering thousands of miles traveling to 14 cities in 14 consecutive nights, the 1414 Tour, created by Crown Royal Black and Jermaine Dupri, took Dupri’s Global 14 social network to the fans and gave a real life example of how to live “The Crown Life.” Kicking off in Chicago and wrapping up in Miami, the tour wound through 19 states, bringing “The Crown Life” and Global 14 to the people. Lil Wayne Releases Clothing Line TRUKFIT (Video)
Weezy F. Baby has released his skater/hipster clothing line called TRUKFIT. The clothing line, which will include everything from t-shirts to hats, is set to be sold on Karmaloop.com and by the end of March the site will include over 100 different items for Weezy fanatics to purchase. Dr. Dre x Snoop Dogg To Headline Coachella 2012
Its that time of year again, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival line ups has been announced. Among names like Radiohead, Bon Iver, Frank Ocean, and Girl Talk (who is a crowd favorite), rap legends Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg has been named as the headliners of the grand finale, which is both of the rappers first time at the festival. This year the festival will be two three-day weekend events (April 13-15 & April 20-22) which hopefully will increase ticket sales, which go on sale on Friday Jan. 13. I’ve never been but I heard this is one of the greatest music festivals in the world. Here the entire lineup:

I thought it was gonna be a cheesy rendition to his child’s birth, but Jay-Z showed that he isn’t gonna release nothing but classic music. Congrats to Jay and Bey on their new bundle of joy and thanks Blue for giving your Pops another reason to release new music. Beyonce’ Gives Birth To A Baby Girl!
According to sources close Beyonce’ and Jay-Z, B gave birth to a baby girl, reportedly named Blue Ivy Carter (already thinking rapper, I thought Marcy Brooklyn Carter would have been a better choice *insert Kanye West shrug*), on Friday, Jan. 6. She reportedly had a C-section late Friday evening at Lenox Hill Hosipital in New York City, where they apparently paid 1.3 million, small change, to have the entire fourth floor to themselves. They are many celeb tweets to confirm the birth, Auntie Ri-Ri, Russell Simmons, and Uncle Diddy to name a few. I wish the couple many more happy nappy little ones! I still think my name would have been a better choice…Marcy Brooklyn Carter…*drops mic and walks away*

Ludacris to Start New Food Venture
Atlanta rapper/actor/entrepreneur/what ever else u wanna add here, Ludacris, has decided to add another restaurant to his belt. After opening Straits a few years ago, Luda has another business that should be opening in the near future. Named after his 3rd album, “Chicken & Beer,” the restaurant will be open in a Georgia airport terminal (ATL maybe). Who wouldn’t want chicken & beer before a flight…..I would!
